Pelican Lake Ranch Kids Triathlon

August 21st, 2010 125 young athletes gathered outside of Platteville for the third annual Pelican Lake Ranch Kids Triathlon. This years' event featured an expanded course and expanded field.

The Exchange Club of Greeley was a major partner in the event this year. Our volunteers participated in every aspect of the event, from registration to assisting on the course and providing lunch.

Proceeds from the race benefits the Exchange Club of Greeley, who works towards the prevention of child abuse in Weld County by supporting the Weld County c.a.r.e. program.

The American Red Cross has signed a first-of-its-kind national partnership
agreement with The National Exchange Club to collaborate on projects for the benefit of local communities at its 92nd annual convention held in La Quinta, CA, July 21 - 24.
